USD 15 a month per workspace, about ₹1,433 at today's rate. Every operator you hire after that costs nothing.
One month at a time. 14 day trial first, no card. Indian buyers are charged in rupees through Cashfree, on cards and UPI; everybody else pays in dollars through PayPal.
Yes. The plan is per workspace. Nothing in IntellQ counts operators for billing, which is deliberate: per seat pricing is why small teams share one login, and a shared login makes every number on the reports page wrong.
Because it is the dollar price converted at the live rate rather than a second price list. The rate is fetched from two independent providers, cached for six hours, and the one used is stored on your payment so a charge can always be explained.
Cashfree if the workspace is in India, which covers Indian cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. PayPal everywhere else. You do not pick: an Indian card on a dollar checkout gets declined often enough that offering the choice would mostly be offering people a way to fail.
The console keeps working for the workspace owner and the widget stops serving new chats until the plan is active. Nothing is deleted while your data is inside its retention window.
Install it through Google Tag Manager. The Widget page in the console prints the Custom HTML tag, the trigger to pick and the publish step, and marketing usually owns Tag Manager already, so no developer ticket is needed.
IntellQ is a sub product of Apavin and stands alone. If you want website chat in the same thread as that customer's WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email, attach the workspace to Apavin and it is billed on your Apavin plan instead of this one.
To install, one script tag or a tag manager block. Everything after that is done in the console, including the widget's size and colours, so changing the greeting never means a deployment.
