Most chat widgets have one size and hope. IntellQ stores the box separately for desktop, tablet, Android browsers and iPhone browsers: width, height, full screen, offsets, launcher size, text scale, and whether it appears there at all. Android's URL bar reclaims height as you scroll, and iOS needs safe area insets so the send button never sits under the home indicator. Both are handled rather than hoped about.

Can I change the size of the chat window on mobile?+
Yes. Width, height, full screen, offsets, launcher size and text scale are set separately for desktop, tablet, Android browsers and iPhone browsers, because a phone browser is not a small desktop.
Does IntellQ work on any website?+
Yes. It is one script tag, or a custom HTML tag in a tag manager, and it works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Next.js, Laravel or hand written HTML. Single page apps are handled: the script watches the History API rather than relying on page loads.

Can IntellQ answer chats on its own?+
Yes. Connect your own model provider and your own key in Integrations, give it your website, a price list or a PDF to read, and it answers as a named member of your team. It never invents a fact, and it fetches a person the moment the conversation reaches an order, a booking, a payment, a refund or a complaint.
Whose AI keys does the agent use?+
Yours. IntellQ does not resell tokens or mark them up, which is why the USD 15 price does not move however much the agent talks. Bring OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or anything that speaks the OpenAI shape, including something you host yourself.
Will the agent pretend to be a human?+
No. It writes like a person on your team and never announces itself as software, but if a visitor asks outright whether they are talking to a person it says plainly that it is an assistant working with the team and brings a colleague in. A visitor who catches a denial stops believing everything else it said.
Does IntellQ store IP addresses?+
No. Country, region and city come from the CDN's own headers. That is all the live board needs, and an IP column is a liability with no matching benefit.
